Christ the Lord Community Church of Salina, KS is a Southern Baptist fellowship of believers. We hold to the Baptist Faith & Message (2000). You can read that statement of faith by clicking here. As a cooperating church of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), the Kansas-Nebraska Convention of Southern Baptists (KNCSB), and the Smoky Hill Baptist Association (SHBA), we support the work of the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and the International Mission Board (IMB).

Our goals are to:

• Love God with everything we have (Matt 22:37-38).
• Love our neighbors as ourselves (Matt 22:39-40).
• Make disciples of all peoples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that Jesus Christ has commanded us (Matt 28:18-20).
• Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Pet 3:18).

Our Sunday services reflect a desire to learn from God’s Word, grow in wisdom, and sing with thankfulness in our hearts to God (Col 3:16). We are committed to meeting together regularly to encourage one another and stir each other up to love and good works (Heb 10:24-25). We are also devoted to sound teaching and genuine fellowship, and to that end we study Scripture together, break bread together, pray together, praise God together, and seek to meet each other’s needs together (Acts 2:42-47). In all of this, we want to do everything to the glory of God (1 Cor 10:31).
